  • We are pleased to offer consignment services for high-value items! If you wish to consign items valued over $500, please review the following guidelines:

    Eligibility: Items valued over $500 must be in excellent condition, gently used, and suitable for resale. Items should be clean, with all tags or original packaging, if applicable.

    Agreement: A consignment agreement will be required for all items over $500. This will outline the terms of the consignment, including commission rates, pricing, and duration of the consignment period.

    Pricing: The price of the item will be mutually agreed upon by both parties, based on its condition, market value, and similar items in our store. We reserve the right to adjust the price if necessary to ensure the item’s competitiveness.

    Commission: A commission fee will be deducted from the sale price of the item upon successful sale. The percentage will be outlined in the consignment agreement.

    Payment: After the item sells, payment will be issued to you within 30 days, minus the agreed-upon commission fee. Payments will be made via cash or check, as preferred. Payments will not be mailed and do have to be picked up.

    Duration: The standard consignment period is 90 days. If the item does not sell within this time frame, you may choose to pick it up within a specified time frame or extend the consignment period.

    Liability: We take great care in handling consigned items, but we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of any consigned goods. Insurance coverage for high-value items is encouraged. Insurance will need to be provided by consigner.

    Pick-Up/Return: If your item does not sell within the consignment period, we will contact you to arrange for the pick-up or return of your item. If you do not collect your item within 14 days after the consignment period ends, it will be considered abandoned.

  • We offer resale services for luxury or high-end used clothing valued under $500. Please review the following guidelines:

    Eligibility: We accept gently used luxury or high-end clothing in excellent condition. Items must be free from damage, stains, or excessive wear and should include any original tags, packaging, or materials when applicable.

    Pricing: The resale price of each item will be determined based on its condition, brand, and current market value. Our team will evaluate the item, and the resale price will be set accordingly.

    Commission: Commission will be paid at the time of value determination. Once the price is agreed upon, the item will become the property of our store. The commission will be deducted from the resale price, and you will receive payment immediately based on the agreed-upon percentage.

    Payment: Payment will be issued immediately after the item's value is determined and commission is deducted. Payment will be made by cash or check as preferred.

    Item Ownership: Once the item’s value is determined and commission is paid, the item will become the property of our store. This means it will be listed for resale in our store or online as we deem appropriate.

    Duration: There is no set expiration for how long we will keep items priced under $500 in our store. We will not contact you once we purchase the item from you. If the item does not sell, it will remain store property.

    Pick-Up/Return: Once the item has been accepted into our inventory, it becomes store property and will not be returned to you for any reason. If you wish to reclaim your item before we purchase it, you may do so during the evaluation process.

    If you have any questions or wish to put your clothing up for resale, please contact us or come into the store! We can do same day evaluations for resale items before 12pm.

  • Thank you for considering donating your items to our store! We greatly appreciate your support. Please review our donation policy to ensure your items meet our standards:

    Item Quality: We accept high-end and gently used clothing and accessories in excellent condition. All donated items must be free from stains, excessive wear, or damage. We prioritize items that are clean, stylish, and still have a lot of life left to give.

    What We Do Not Accept: We do not accept home goods or any items that are heavily worn, damaged, stained, or out of style. If the item does not meet our standards for resale, it will not be put on the sales floor. Instead, it will be donated to a local shelter to ensure it still finds a good home.

    Donation Process: Please bring your high-end items during business hours. Our staff will inspect all items to ensure they meet our quality standards. If your items are accepted, they will be sold in our store to support our mission. If they do not meet our standards, they will be donated to a local shelter.

    Tax Deductions: While we do not offer monetary compensation for donations, we can provide a donation receipt for tax purposes. Please request a donation receipt when donating your items.

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's our return policy:

    Full Refund: You can return clothing within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

    Store Credit: You can return clothing within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

    How to Return: Contact us at contact@luxe-lane-clothing.com to start your return or bring your item back into the store. Include your original order confirmation or receipt. Pack your item securely and send it back to us. Please Note: Shipping fees are not refundable if any were charged. Returns outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
